Hamilton Fund Solutions is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement explains the standard we target, where we currently stand, and how to tell us if you hit a barrier.

1. Our commitment

Hamilton PR (Pty) Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuing to improve the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to this website.

2. Standard we target

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard generally accepted by courts and regulators as the benchmark for private business websites. Where practical, we also aim toward WCAG 2.2 AA as a further, aspirational bar, though we have not formally tested this site against the full 2.2 criteria.

3. Conformance status

This website has not yet been formally audited against WCAG 2.1 AA by an independent accessibility reviewer. It has been built with accessibility in mind, but its conformance status is best described as partially conforms: some criteria are met by design and implementation choices, and others have not yet been verified through a dedicated audit.

4. Known limitations

Because a full audit has not yet been carried out, the following areas have not been independently verified and may contain gaps:

Full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators across every interactive element.
Alt text coverage on all non-decorative images.
Colour contrast ratios across all text and interface elements against the 4.5:1 (body text) and 3:1 (large text and UI components) thresholds.
Programmatic association between form labels and their inputs.
Screen reader testing across major assistive technologies.

We intend to commission a formal accessibility audit and will update this statement with the results once complete.
